[Usage]
For 15cm shoes, please use a 15cm insole. By inserting the insole, the inside of the shoes is elevated and the shoe can be worn as if it were a 14.5cm size.
Similarly, use a 16cm insole for 16cm shoes and a 17cm insole for 17cm shoes.
By using the insole, you can wear shoes that are 0.5cm smaller than your actual size.
Please note that the insertion of the insole raises the inside of the shoe, but the vertical length (foot length) inside the shoe remains the same.
