Rob Allen Sparid Evo Speargun 90cm
Rob Allen’s new Sparid Evo speargun is the well-renowned brand’s newest addition to the Sparid lineage. Continuing on from previous designs, the Evo is a gun characterised by its durability and performance, an all-around great gun. With Rob Allen working directly on the design of the gun, you know you’ll be getting your money's worth on this one, combining many of his personal favourite components and integrating them into one gun.
Twin 14mm powerbands create just the right amount of power to be supported by the 7mm camouflage barrel which won’t overpower the shaft causing loss of accuracy. This also makes loading easier and reduces the gun’s recoil, further improving on the gun accuracy. The new generation of trigger mechanism will give optimal performance from the 1st shot through to 20,000 shots with minimal to no change. A consistent, crisp trigger is important to reduce recoil and trigger tension to improve shot accuracy.
A low-profile closed muzzle has been used for a few reasons. Firstly, it allows for fast-tracking of fast species due to the reduced friction. Secondly, the line of sight is clear for accurate aiming. The closed muzzle design with a compact but sturdy bridge allows for fast reloading, just without the bulk of bigger muzzles. You can easily remove both powerbands without using tools, just ensure they’re kept in a dry, cool place so they don’t degrade.
The shaft used is made from 2100MPA spring steel in combination with Rob Allen’s unique straightening process. This ensures that you’re using the sturdiest and straightest spear available. Each shaft is hand-tested by Rob Allen to make sure it’s straight as possible. Now when you’re presented with a special once in a lifetime fish, you’ll have the confidence to stone it every time.

Rob Allen 7L Foam Float with Flag and Two Clips
The Rob Allen 7L foam float is made from a tough polyethylene shell which resists punctures and cracking, whilst the closed cell foam is intended to increase the density of the float. The shell is blown with a high-quality PU foam formulated to specific Rob Allen requirements.
The float includes a dive flag for additional safety on top of the high visibility orange float. 2 shark clips are also included to attach rigging, whilst the keel weight ensures that the float remains upright at all times to make you more visible.

Adreno PVC 20m Float Line
The Adreno float line is made from red UV stabilised PVC tubing with a 300kg Dyneema core with a heavy-duty shark clip and speed spike attached. These float lines are highly visible from the surface to other divers and boat drivers.
These float lines are designed to have a small amount of stretch to reduce the heavy shock from floats which can potentially tear the shaft from the speared fish.
The reason we went for red is simple. Red is a great colour because it is very visible on top for safety reasons and it is also the first in the colour spectrum to disappear (turn grey) underwater.

Rob Allen Float 3m Bungee
Rob Allen’s 3m float bungee utilises a 270kg Dyneema security line which runs through the middle of the rubber, linking to the end loops.
The quality TPE line is designed to express strength and flexibility, meeting all Australian standards such as UV and Solvent resistance, limiting the wear and tear of the line in all conditions.
The strength and flexibility of the bungee line is perfect for hunting bigger fish, and is a great addition for a less flexible line, adding that extra stretch needed to limit strain on the line and to prevent the spear dislodging from your catch.
